Is Brave Soul Collective limited to only the DC community?
No. Although the founders of BSC currently reside in Washington, DC
Our aim is to make BSC accessible to individuals nationally, via our website, and BraveSoulSaturday gatherings which will be held in different cities.
Is Brave Soul Collective intended only for gay/bisexual/transgendered people?
No. One of the founding principles of BSC is inclusion. Though one of our main objectives is to provide safe space and community for same gender loving individuals, we welcome participation and involvement from any individuals whose hearts and minds are open, and who seek to connect through the demonstration of individuality and truth.
Is BSC only for individuals who are living with HIV or AIDS?
No. While one of BSC's primary issues is HIV/AIDS awareness, we aim to reach out to all individuals regardless of their HIV status. We believe that facilitating healthy, honest, discussion about HIV/AIDS will assist in stopping the spread of the disease.
Is BSC intended only for individuals who are performing artists?
No. BSC encourages all individuals who have an appreciation and/or love for the arts to communicate, participate and involve themselves with our activities.
Does it cost anything to be a part of the Brave Soul Collective community?
No. We are a non profit organization. Although we do not charge individuals for attending BraveSoulSaturdays, we will have several fundraising and charity events that may require an admission charge.
